Refund policy

Returns

We want you to be happy with your order. You can return unopened, undamaged sealed product within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

To start a return, email hello@adamsatticuk.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. Items must be returned unopened and in their original condition.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, or we have sent the wrong item, please email hello@adamsatticuk.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including postage.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (such as your right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving them).
